Please package your pipe in a shipping container of suitable size in a sturdy box. Please do not send pipe in its original gift box, as it could be crushed in shipment. Please send the whole pipe. Make sure to remove your bit from the shank when packing it up. Be sure to cushion the pipe with bubble pack and enclose this cover letter with your name, address, credit card number,etc. and a brief description of the repairs you wish to be done.
To send your pipe to us, we recommend either UPS, which you can ship by visiting your local UPS Store (formerly Mailboxes, Etc.) or US Mail

When your pipe is ready for shipping home to you - upon receipt of payment for the service and shipping, it is then returned to you via UPS. Under normal circumstances, repairs usually take about a week.
